Over the span of her 25-year career, Adrienne Neal has played a major role in helping organizations harness the full potential of their most valuable asset: their people.
As the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Truth Initiative, Neal manages day-to-day Human Resources functions in the areas of staff development, employee relations and benefits, and organizational HR compliance requirements. She leads the Human Resources team in equipping the organization’s programs and campaigns with talented and dedicated individuals, and works alongside Truth Initiative leaders to develop attractive HR programs that have become a hallmark of the organization’s culture, contributing greatly to employee retention and satisfaction. Neal also leads the Administration team in creating an inclusive workplace that supports the organization’s mission and enables all Truth Initiative staff to meet and exceed our organizational goals.
Neal served on the board of the DC Chapter of SHRM (the Society for Human Resources Management) from 2013 to 2015, supporting the advancement of professionals in the field of Human Resources. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP).
