J’Pierre Bolling is a Brooklyn, New York native who hails from the Cherry Blossom Capital of the world – Macon, Georgia. In May 2020, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in public health from Georgia State University and is now continuing his studies through its Masters of Public Health program.
In 2018, Bolling was introduced to Truth Initiative through a classmate who served as a Community Leader. Through community outreach, service opportunities, and learning about the impact Big Tobacco has on several communities that Bolling identifies with, he became more involved with truth®. In 2019, he was selected to serve as an Atlanta Community Leader, where he co-led the creation and implementation of a local menthol campaign.
In addition to his work with Truth Initiative, Bolling is an active member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Georgia State University Caribbean Student Association, and Tighter Grip African American Male Initiative. He also served as the 2019 – 2020 Mr. Georgia State University and is a talented musician.
Bolling has served on the board of directors since 2020.
